Kelly Midkiff brings a wealth of lacrosse experience and a passion for developing young athletes to her role as a coach for the Duke’s Lacrosse Club. Midkiff competed at the collegiate level, playing four years of Division I lacrosse at Old Dominion University; helping the Monarchs to top 20 national rankings in each of her four seasons. After her collegiate career, Kelly transitioned seamlessly into coaching; she began her coaching journey as a varsity coach at Kennett High School. Recognizing the need for more opportunities for lacrosse development in the community, Kelly moved her focus to starting a lacrosse program at Oxford Area High School.

Kelly has spent the past four years dedicated to coaching youth lacrosse, instilling fundamental skills and a love for the sport in the next generation of players. Her approach emphasizes not only lacrosse skills, but also sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth both on and off the field. Kelly earned her Sports Psychology and Coaching Certificate in 2023 and is a 5th grade teacher in Chester County.
