bio

Alecia is a passionate lacrosse coach with a strong foundation in competitive play. She spent seven years as a standout center midfielder, earning an athletic scholarship to play Division I college lacrosse—though she ultimately chose a different path instead of accepting the opportunity. Before pursuing her M.B.A. in Human Resources Management at Goldey-Beacom College, she was committed to coaching youth lacrosse for 6 years, working with programs in Philadelphia and Delaware County both before and during her college years. In 2024, she took on the role of Head Coach for Caravel Academy’s Middle School Girls Lacrosse team.

Alecia’s coaching philosophy emphasizes respect for all levels of talent, fostering an environment where players learn to collaborate, make intentional decisions, and grow as athletes and individuals. Under her leadership, her athletes develop the discipline, teamwork, accountability, and confidence needed to succeed both on and off the field.
